Samsung introduced yet another Galaxy smartphone, the Galaxy Grand, It follows the Galaxy S III, Galaxy S III Mini and Galaxy Note II, all of which debuted this year.Samsung’s Galaxy Grand is the fourth Galaxy smartphone the company has introduced this year. The Grand’s internals aren’t quite flagship material, but they’re still solid. Inside, the Grand uses a 1.2GHz dual-core CPU, 1GB of RAM and just 8GB of internal storage — though there will be a microSD card slot so you can add as much as 64GB of storage. Like the Galaxy S III Mini, the Grand will run on GSM and HSPA+ networks, but so far, no LTE connectivity has been announced.
The GALAXY Grand will be available in two versions – The Dual SIM version (GT-I9082) will launch first and the single SIM version (GT-I9080) will follow. ForGiven its specs and features we can assume this is going to be targeted at certain European and Asian markets, and we’d bet the U.S. carriers won’t be picking this up unless Samsung makes some specifically different models for this market. By that time it’ll likely be a completely different device.
